From Tech Guys Northwest to Tech Guys 360—nine years of helping people with their technology.

We’re Tech Guys 360 Ltd, a device repair business based in Rainford, St Helens. Our story began nine years ago under the name Tech Guys Northwest. Since then, the business has grown to include device repairs, laptop sales, bespoke PC builds and a gaming venue of our own.

Our roots, our next chapter

Our name has changed, but helping people with the technology they use every day remains at the heart of the business. Today, Tech Guys 360 brings together support for phones, tablets, laptops, PCs and games consoles, with a local workshop customers can visit and a UK-wide mail-in service for consoles and iPads.

Whether your console has lost its picture, your laptop needs attention or you’re looking for a new computer, we’re here to talk through what you need and help you find the next step.

Local workshop, UK-wide repairs

Our workshop serves customers in Rainford, St Helens and the surrounding area. Phone, tablet, laptop, PC and console repairs can be brought to us locally.

For customers further afield, our mail-in repair service makes console and iPad repairs available across the UK. On eligible repair bookings, you can choose to arrange your own postage or request a prepaid label at checkout.

We also sell new and refurbished laptops and offer bespoke PC builds, helping customers choose a computer that suits how they plan to use it.

From The Gaming Lounge to The Gaming Suite

Our interest in technology extends beyond repairs. We also created The Gaming Lounge, now known as The Gaming Suite—a place for people to enjoy gaming together.

With console and PC gaming rooms, The Gaming Suite offers gaming parties and private group bookings in Rainford. It’s another part of our story: alongside keeping devices working, we’ve created a space where people can come together and enjoy them.
