When booking a console repair, choose 'Send me a label' to receive a postage label after successful payment, or 'Send myself' to arrange your own postage. If you send it yourself, you are responsible for ensuring your device reaches us. These sending options are currently available for console repairs only.

Once your device arrives, we carry out the repair and return it to you as quickly as possible.

Please package your device carefully using strong outer packaging and enough internal padding to help prevent movement or damage during transit.
