• Local Drop-Off – £85: bring your console to Tech Guys 360 Ltd, 1st Floor, Rainford Parish Council Offices, Church Road, Rainford, St Helens, WA11 8HB. Workshop hours are Monday–Friday, 9:30am–4:00pm.
• UK Mail-In with Prepaid Label – £100: select “Send me a prepaid label” above. After payment and order checks, we email a printable prepaid label to the email address used at checkout. Pack your console securely, attach the label and follow the carrier’s drop-off instructions. The label covers the journey from you to our workshop; please review any shipping charges shown at checkout before paying.

How the mail-in repair works

1. Book online: select “Send me a prepaid label” and complete checkout with your correct details.
2. Receive your label: check for the separate email after your order confirmation, including your junk folder. If it has not arrived within 30 minutes, contact us with your order number.
3. Pack and post: use a sturdy box and protective padding. Include your order number and a brief fault description, remove old labels and keep proof of postage.
4. We inspect, repair and test: if we find an additional fault requiring chargeable work, we contact you before proceeding.

If your existing HDMI plug is bent, loose, distorted or shows signs of physical damage, replacing the cable is recommended so it does not place unnecessary stress on the newly fitted HDMI socket.

This repair includes a three-month commercial warranty covering a fault with the replacement HDMI port or our workmanship under normal use. It does not cover new physical damage after repair, including accidental damage, excessive force, rough handling, cable strain or movement, or third-party interference. This commercial warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
