Pack your console securely. If sending it yourself, use a tracked service and include your order number, name, contact number and a brief fault description. Please do not send cables, stands, discs or accessories unless requested.
If your current cable or plug is damaged, add a new 2m Certified Ultra High Speed HDMI 2.1 cable. It supports up to 48Gbps, 4K at 120Hz, 8K at 60Hz, HDR and VRR.
This repair includes a three-month commercial warranty covering a fault with the replacement HDMI port or our workmanship under normal use. It does not cover new physical damage, accidental damage, excessive force, rough handling, cable strain or movement, or third-party interference. This does not affect your statutory rights.
