We assess the software fault, reinstall the appropriate PS5 system software and test the console before collection or return. This service does not cover unrelated hardware faults, data recovery or faults that require replacement components; we will contact you if another repair is required.
Customers near Rainford and St Helens can bring the console to our workshop. Customers elsewhere in the UK can select either self-send or a prepaid postage label when ordering. Return delivery is arranged after the console has been tested.
Warranty cover applies to the firmware reinstall service supplied and does not cover later software corruption, user changes or unrelated hardware faults. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
