How to send your PS5 for repair
- Book online: select “Send me a prepaid label” and provide your correct email, sender address and contact number.
- Check your email: your label arrives separately from your order confirmation. Check your junk folder and contact us with your order number if it has not arrived within 30 minutes.
- Pack securely: protect your console in a sturdy box with plenty of padding. Include your order number and fault details inside. Remove old shipping labels.
- Print, attach and drop off: follow the carrier instructions supplied with your label and keep your proof of postage.
The prepaid label covers the journey from you to our workshop. Selecting it updates the product price. Review any additional shipping charges at checkout before paying.
Prefer to arrange your own courier? Choose “I'll send my device myself”. No prepaid label is generated for that option. Local drop-off is also available at our workshop in Rainford, near St Helens.
