If posting the console yourself, use a tracked service and put your order number, name, contact number and a brief fault description inside the parcel. Please do not send cables, stands, discs or accessories unless requested.

Optional Full Deep Clean & Thermal Service – add £15

Add our full service for £15 when booked with the HDMI repair. We remove dust and debris from accessible cooling areas, inspect the cooling system and refresh thermal materials where required.

We complete the optional service only after confirming that the HDMI repair has been successful.

Mail-In instructions

Own Postage: send the securely packed console using a tracked service to our Rainford workshop. The £68.50 price includes £8.50 tracked return postage after repair.

Prepaid Labels: after payment and order checks, we email a printable prepaid outward label to the address used at checkout. Tracked return postage is also included in the £75 price.

1. Book online: choose your delivery option and service level, then complete checkout using the correct email address, sender address and contact number.
2. Pack securely: use a sturdy box and protective padding. Include your order number, name, contact number and a brief fault description, remove old labels and keep proof of postage.
3. We inspect, repair and test: if we identify an additional fault requiring chargeable work, we contact you before proceeding.
4. Tracked return: after successful repair and testing, we send the console back using the return service included in your chosen mail-in price.

No fix, no repair charge

If Tech Guys 360 Ltd is unable to complete the booked HDMI port repair, we will refund the repair charge and any optional service charge that has not been performed. Postage costs already incurred remain non-refundable: £8.50 for an Own Postage booking or £15 for a Prepaid Labels booking. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Add a new 2m Certified Ultra High Speed HDMI 2.1 cable if your current cable or plug is damaged. It supports up to 48Gbps, 4K at 120Hz, 8K at 60Hz, HDR and VRR.

Three-month HDMI repair warranty

This repair includes a three-month commercial warranty covering a fault with the replacement HDMI port or our workmanship under normal use. It does not cover new physical damage after repair, accidental damage, excessive force, rough handling, cable strain or movement, or third-party interference. This commercial warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
